The bible verse of today is 1 Thessalonians 5:15 “See that no one pays back evil for evil, but always try to do good to each other and to all people.” I think this means that no matter if they are rude and disrespectful to you they still deserve kindness no matter what. Typically saying treat people the way you would like to be treated.
