Proverbs 12:25 ” Worry weighs a person down; an encouraging word cheers a person up.” This is one of my favorite bible verses so I’m so happy it’s the bible verse of the day! This means to me don’t worry because it will affect you faster than you think so always be encouraging to others and to yourself.
